Using our beautifully designed reformers you will achieve a full-body workout every time, improving your overall strength, balance and flexibility by using a variation of resistances and movements. The benefits are endless.

Silks

Take the pressure off and decompress both mentally and physically as you fearlessly hang in our gorgeous silks. Get the most out of yourself with our full body workouts to improve your strength, flexibility and mood.

Mat

Take on and master the fundamentals of Pilates with our mat classes. Build the foundational components to better movement and posture as you learn to center yourself, control your breath and build strength throughout your body.

Yoga

Our yoga classes offer a combination of vinyasa and restorative yoga.
 
Vinyasa yoga is sometimes described as “moving meditation”, where the poses are sequenced to flow from one to the next, and the movements are timed to match the breath.
 
Restorative yoga is a deeply restful and soothing practice where poses are held for longer durations using props to support the body.
 
Typically the classes begin with some breath connection, followed by a sequence of floor-based and standing poses, and then end with a restorative yoga pose to bring the practice to a close.
 
All classes are suitable for beginner and intermediate students, with plenty of options and cues provided.
